Built-in store email tools are simple and low cost for smaller lists. Klaviyo has stronger automation and segmentation. I'll recommend one based on your store.
Will my emails go to spam?
Setting up your sending domain properly (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and sending to people who opted in keeps you out of spam.
Can I add SMS later?
Yes. Email flows come first; SMS can be added once your list and consent settings are in place.
Do I need to share my store password?
No. You add me as a collaborator from your store admin, so you stay in control and can remove access any time.
